In the current world climate, safety is paramount and upskilling is the difference between surviving and thriving. We take great pride and responsibility for our staff. We offer upskilling opportunities and ongoing health and safety training.

We hold progressive training for all our staff with regular toolbox talks to improve our communication and operating performance. All staff have the relevant Industry inductions and certifications.

We run an internal Cert 3 in civil construction (road marking) course that is nationally recognized and administered through a partnered RTO (Registered Training Organization) . This is an on the job course and is offered to all staff. It is a skill based program and runs for approximately 12-18 months. This in turn works in conjunction with our own VoC’s (Verification of Competency)

This type of training allows our staff the opportunity to upskill themselves and have a nationally accredited trade under their belt.

Our Industrial Relations Instruments (Workplace Agreement) has been assessed by the Australian Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations  (DEEWR) as being Building Code Compliant to 2016 Guidelines.
